Lindsay Lohan promises to quit being a wild-child

Freckled beauty Lindsay Lohan has promised to quit being a wild-child -just as soon as she's "settled in life."

The actress insists she's just a young girl enjoying herself but has vowed to calm down her partying in the future reports Female First.

She says, "The drama and the tabloids will die down. I'm just a girl but I'm growing up. I'm learning. I'm playing different characters and hopefully, once I'm more settled in life, then you probably won't see me out so much."

.Michael Lohan, who became an ordained pastor during his recent jail stint, has begged his daughter to take her sobriety seriously after he saw grainy tabloid photographs of the actress allegedly snorting cocaine in a Los Angeles hotel bathroom.

He tells In Touch Weekly, "I think that Lindsay needs to find a place where God is paramount in her life. If that place is rehab, so be it."

Michael, himself a recovering alcoholic, insists his daughter needs to clean up and ditch her so-called friends.

He adds, "The people around her are a negative influence."
