Lindsay Lohan has a meltdown

More news is breaking about Lindsay Lohan's wild week in New York with British beau, Calum Best. According to Star magazine, Lindsay was so distraught about Calum's playboy behavior that she made a scene in there hotel and was made to leave.

One night, Calum checked in to the Soho Grand with another girl. In retaliation, Lindsay later checked into the same hotel with a new partner of her own. When Lindsay's antics failed to catch Calum's interest, she called his room and got no answer. Lohan followed up her unsuccessful attempt at reaching Best with a night of partying.

Cut to 1:30 a.m., several hours later. Instead of going back to her room, Lindsay had a strange meltdown in the Soho Grand lobby. A witness says, "She was writhing on the floor and everyone could see that she wasn't wearing any panties." When Lindsay's male companion and her bodyguard failed to address the situation, a hotel employee carried the actress upstairs to her room.

Lohan's breakdown didn't seem to have fazed her and she began calling Best again. Eventually she went to his room to confront him and saw the other woman inside. At that point, "She went cuckoo. She yelled at him, slammed the door and banged on it some more," said a source for Star.

Lindsay had to be taken back to her room a second time following the door incident. And her night didn't end there. After displaying more disruptive behavior, Lindsay was kicked out of her room at 5:30 a.
