Is Kylie Minogue the other woman?

Film director Alexander Dahm's wife Laura has claimed that rumors that her husband and Kylie Minogue are having an affair are "ridiculous." But could Mrs. Dahm just be suffering from a classic case of denial? Kylie and Alexander have been spotted all over Chile together and many suspect they are more than just friends.

Alexander and Kylie have been in Chile for a week, enjoying his swank apartment near Santiago. Sources claim the pair, who met while filming Kylie's H&M ad campaign, have been "almost inseparable." Of their lunch at a beachside restaurant together, one witness said, "They were laughing and joking and clearly loving each other's company."

Friends are particularly worried about Kylie's relationship with Alexander as Laura is eight months pregnant with their child. One insider said, "Everyone wants Kylie to find love and be happy, but he's not the right man for her. They get along brilliantly, but the last thing she'd want is to break up a marriage. It's just not her."
