Josh Hartnett has found solace in the arms of Penelope Cruz, just two months after splitting form Scarlett Johansson reports Star Magazine. Friends warn Josh to guard his heart, a pal tells Star, “He talks about her all the time. It’s kind of scary for me to watch – I fear he could get hurt; how long before Penelope Cruz moves on?�?

Penelope is jetting to Spain in July to work on Woody Allen’s latest project, and has dated Tom Cruise, Matthew McConaughey and Orlando Bloom in the past five years! An insider says, “I don’t think she wants to take time off to get married.�?

Meanwhile, Page Six reports that since the tryst in Turks and Caicos, the two have been getting cozy with other celebs.

Star magazine reported Penelope took her crew to Lenny Kravitz's TriBeCa apartment after her April 28 birthday party at the Beatrice Inn. She's since been postponing her shoots for European fashion line Mango to follow Kravitz, her longtime musician friend, on his tour, our sources said. Pen and Len aren't the only ones catching spring fever - Hartnett has recently been spotted at New York hot spots with Helena Christensen.

A rep for Cruz told Page Six, "I don't comment on my client's personal life."
