Finally, a reason to watch the MTV Movie Awards. There may be some drama on the red carpet at this Sunday’s event, which will be hosted by comedienne Sarah Silverman. Justin Timberlake and his new girlfriend Jessica Biel are scheduled to attend the show, but so is Justin’s ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz. The last time these three were in the same room, all hell broke loose.

We are referring, of course, to Cameron’s freak out at In Style’s Golden Globes after-party in January. When Diaz, who had only weeks before split with Timberlake, caught her ex talking to Biel, she gave them both a talking to. First she yelled at Biel and then she pulled Timberlake aside for a 40-minute argument.

Even though four months have passed since the threesome’s last run-in, they don’t seem to have gotten any chummier. According to Page Six, MTV employees are slaving away to keep things smooth between them. Said an insider, "Everyone is determined to keep Cam and Jess far apart…It's becoming a big deal because the girls both want very separate arrival times. Nobody knows who Cameron is going to bring, if anyone. But if Jessica walks with Justin, Cameron will want to bring a date. If Jessica goes alone, Cam will probably walk alone. It's a mess."

The source claims that a big contention between Jessica and Cameron is over who will walk the red carpet first. The girl with the earlier time is a bigger nobody in Hollywood and both of Justin’s conquests want a late arrival time. The snitch says, "Cam is used to being more high-profile than Jessica. But now that Jessica's dating Justin, she has more leverage. Cameron's looking a little unstable lately."
