Britney Spears's off her meds?

Gossips fear Britney Spears is heading for her second breakdown this year amid reports she's stopped taking her anti-depressant medication reports NW Magazine.

After months of binge drinking, staff at Promises Treatment Center reportedly diagnosed Britney Spears with postnatal depression and started her on prescription pills to help combat it.

However, in recent weeks she's stopped taking her pills.

"Everyone thought the worst was behind Britney when she finally went to rehab, but now they're not so sure," a source says. "Her family is afraid Britney is going over the edge again."

Now new pictures of Britney Spears topless playing up to the camera in the sunshine are adding toe gossips fears.

Wearing only a hat, denim hot pants and large sunglasses, the singer teased the photographer by covering her nipples with red flowers in the titillating pose.

The snaps are believed to be taken during a relaxing day at her friends house in Malibu.

One friends said: 'Britney was in a good mood at the ocean-view house in Malibu. She seems to be back to her old self again.'
