Madonna's brother has slammed pop beauty Britney Spears for the concert she gave in Miami.

Christopher Ciccone tells a Page Six source that Madonna, his sister, "would never go onstage looking like that."

Meanwhile Perez Hilton is reporting that the recently rehabbed star is returning to her club-hopping ways.
