Troubled beauty Angelina Jolie feels too guilty to eat says her brother James Haven Voight.

James fears Angelina Jolie's health is failing because of the trauma of working with starving children and the recent loss of their mother reports 24dash.com

“She exhausts herself and at the moment she has a very low resistance level because she misses our mother so much and just longs for her all the time,�? he tells Closer magazine.

“Angie visited Ethiopa and it changed her life. When she’s there, there’s often no food for her and she goes without. She’s become used to periods of very little or no food so she has a much smaller appetite and a different attitude to it.

“It’s hard for her to go back to the States and sit in a very expensive restaurant and order freely.�?

Angelina Jolie's continuing grief over the death of her mother is also putting a huge strain on her health. Jolie's mom, Marcheline Bertrand, passed away in January after a long battle with cancer. The Mr. and Mrs. Smith actress recently broke down in a TV interview as she spoke about her late mother.

James tells British magazine Closer, "She exhausts herself and at the moment she has a very low resistance level because she misses our mother so much and just longs for her all the time."
