Simple Life beauty Paris Hilton will face a judge on May 4, when prosecutors are hoping to have her probation revoked reports FemaleFirst UK.

Hilton could end up with a 90-day jail sentence, if prosecutors have their way.

In January, Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Prosecutors argue that her February arrest for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license violates that probation.

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton is crazy about her new boyfriend, Desperate Housewives hunk Josh Henderson, reports Star Magazine

The hotel heiress was proudly showing off her latest boy toy during Samsung's Upstage Country Club event in Hollywood Hills on April 15.

A source tells Star, "Josh and Paris have been taking their relationship slow by spending their evenings over quiet dinners and watching movies."

"Paris is completely smitten with Josh," the source tells Star. "I have never seen her allow a guy to take the lead. When she is around Josh, she just follows him around like a puppy dog and never lets him out of her sight."
