Kim Kardashian gets $5 million her sextape

Usmagazine.com reports that Kardashian -- who in February sued adult video distributor Vivid Entertainment for releasing a homemade video of her having sex with ex-boyfriend, singer Ray J, without her consent -- settled with the porn giant.

"Kim is relieved that she can now move on from this embarrassing chapter in her life," says a Kardashian pal. A rep for Vivid couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

In February, Kardashian claimed Vivid's release of Kim Kardashian Superstar represented a violation of her "right to privacy."

At the time, Kardashian, 26, confirmed the tape's existence, but she insisted that she had "nothing to do" with it being made public, telling Usmagazine.com that she was “hurt and embarrassed�? by the tape's leak.
