The Toxic singer has had trouble shifting those last few pounds after giving birth to sons.

So she decided to see a liposuction specialist in Las Vegas.

The Advanced Lipo Dissolve center specializes in a non evasive treatment of a series of injections which claim to permanently dissolve fat.

Gossips claim, Britney looked a tender as her people heloped her on with her jacket.

Last week, the skinny beauty snuck out for a girls' weekend in Las Vegas. "Britney and two girlfriends went shopping at the Forum Shops," a witness tells In Touch.

"Everywhere she went, crowds followed her. There were virtually no photographers, just fans. She smiled the whole time." She later showed up at Tao for a quick dinner. "She sipped iced tea and ate very little," says an insider. "She looked happy and calm, wearing a hat, of course."
