Last week the singer was said to be "upset" at Rudolph for forcing her to seek professional help for her troubles, which resulted in Spears checking into a rehabilitation clinic in California in February.

The 25-year-old was also seen mocking her manager's decision to send her to rehab in a bizarre video rant

But now Spears could end up in court , Page Six reports.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears' former 'manny' is now working as a bodyguard for Paris Hilton.
Perry Taylor - who last year worked as a security guard for Britney but also carried out nanny duties for her son Sean Preston - accompanied Paris and her pet Chihuahua when they stepped out in West Hollywood last week.

Although Perry was hired by Britney he actually worked for Paris, 26, first.
A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "He was Paris' security guard on the first two seasons of 'The Simple Life', in 2003 and 2004.
"She still uses him from time to time as a private security guard."
