Insiders says Scrubs star Zach Braff has let the popularity of his hit show go straight to his head reports Star Magazine!

“Zach used to be the most humble, unassuming guy,�? a source close to him explains. But when Scrubs got more popular, Zach, 31, reportedly got a hefty raise (to $350,000 per episode) and dated a few Hollywood stars- so his “ego has gotten really bloated,�? the source says.

Braff's $350 000 per episode, places him alongside Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen in the TV high earners stakes.

Braff, plays Dr. John "J.D." Dorian on the show.

Braff is also in demand on the big screen , after the success of 2004’s Garden State which he wrote and directed reports EntertainmentWise
