Beauty, Lindsay Lohan has bought two puppies to help her stay sober.
The 'Mean Girls' star - who recently completed a stint in rehab for
alcoholism - hopes her new pets will make her stay at home and curb her wild
partying lifestyle.

Lindsay told the US edition of GQ magazine: "I've bought two puppies. One is
a Jack Russell terrier I've named Brooklyn. He's white and black like
Chanel. And I've got a Yorkie named Dakota, like my movie name and my little
bro.
"Sober impulse buying of companions will help me stay home."
During a trip to New York last week, Lindsay Lohan went out partying every night .
The 20-year-old actress hit a host of New York's top hotspots, just weeks
after leaving Los Angeles' Wonderland rehab center.
Over the weekend, Lindsay partied at The Box, where onlookers
claim she was "drinking champagne and dancing with four Lindsay
look-alikes".
On Monday (12.03.07), she danced the night away at Butter and Bungalow 8,
while last night (15.03.07) she planned to visit Plumm with her fashion
designer friend Charlotte Ronson.
The star - who left Wonderland on February 16 - was also recently seen
partying at exclusive nightclub Teddy's in the plush Hollywood Roosevelt
hotel.
Lindsay's representative, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, says the actress is "doing
fine" and just "taking her life day by day".
Lindsay recently admitted she was "really sick" before checking into rehab
to be treated for alcoholism.
She said: "I was really sick. I went to the hospital and had people sit me
down who said, 'You are going to die if you don't take care of yourself.'
"I heeded what they were telling me."
Meanwhile, the 20-year-old star is said to be eagerly awaiting the return of
the new man in her life - Jude Law.
The pair have been seen together on several occasions and while the actor is
away promoting his latest film in Japan, Lindsay is said to be pining for
him.
A source said: "She just keeps talking about how psyched she is to see him
when he gets back."
