Nicole Richie & Joel Madden engaged?

Nicole Richie is rumored to be getting engaged to Joel Madden.
'The Simple Life' star and the Good Charlotte frontman visited Los Angeles
jewellery store XIV Karats on February 19.
Nicole, 25, tried on several ruby necklaces before buying one for half-price
at $3,350. The couple then looked at the engagement rings, which were also
in the sale.
An employee told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Of course he would never
get her a half-price ring.
"You can tell they're crazy about each other. His arm was around her the
entire time."

After the shopping spree, Nicole was seen sporting a new accessory on her ring finger.

Nicole, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, began dating Joel late
last year, shortly after he split from actress Hilary Duff.

In other news, Joel Madden and girlfriend Nicole Richie will be putting their romance to the test when they hit the road together reports Star Pulse. Madden has told twin brother Benji and his fellow Good Charlotte bandmates the socialite will be joining them when they tour America later this year.

A pal tells Life & Style magazine, "Joel and Nicole discussed the idea of being apart while he toured and weren't looking forward to it. Being cramped in a bus is far from ideal, but they want to do it. Nic's really looking forward to it."
