Naomi - who has been advised to wear an orange vest and workman's boots - is
due to begin her sentence on March 19.
During the court case, lawyers for the British model told the judge that she
would not agree to "do a Boy George".
The ex-Culture Club singer was ordered to sweep the streets of New York
wearing a bright orange jacket, after being found guilty of lying to police
about a burglary.
Naomi will be allowed to stay inside the garage out of the public view.
Naomi, 36, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault in January, after being
arrested for hurling her crystal-encrusted phone at Ana Scolavino last
March. The incident left Ana needing four stitches to the head.
Naomi was fined £180, ordered to do five days' community service and
instructed to complete a two-day anger management program.
This is the star's first criminal conviction.
Meanwhile, Naomi Campbell doesn't think she has anger problems.
The model insists her fiery reputation is unjustified.
She told Britain's GQ magazine: "I don't have any more anger problems than anyone else except that I am in the public eye and when I do something wrong I have to pay for it."
The supermodel believes her temper problems arise from her disappointment with people.
She explained: "It's not anger so much as I get hurt and disappointed. I've made mistakes but I've learned from them, and I am still learning from them. I take each day as it comes."
Naomi also revealed she has turned to boxing to help her control her temper.
She added: "In London I hit a man's mitts, but in Los Angeles they let you put on the headgear and really box.
"It calms me down. I fly so much - I've spent years just jetting around like a headless chicken."
In other news, Naomi Campbell still goes to Narcotics Anonymous meetings every day.
Campbel, who first went into rehab to tackle her cocaine
addiction in 1999, feels the need to go to regular group therapy sessions
despite insisting she has been clean from drugs for years.
Naomi told GQ mgazine: "I go to an Narcotics Anonymous meeting every day
wherever I am in the world.
"There is a book that tells you where you can go in every country. My agents
know I need to go. I need to do it for me, to remind me of where I am in my
life, where I have come from and where I don't want to be."
Naomi also revealed that while in rehab she was instructed to cover up her
world-famous legs, so as not to distract the other addicts.
She added: "When I was in treatment I was treated the same as everyone else.
In fact, I was told I had to wear long trousers, not short skirts. I had to
look the same as everyone else."
