Lance Armstrong, has found love again with New York designer Tory Burch.


The couple has been dating for months, according to America's People magazine, and sources reveal Burch has visited the seven-time Tour de France champion in Texas several times.


Crow and Armstrong split at the beginning of last year (06), just before the singer/songwriter discovered she had breast cancer.

Now Star reports, the New York based fashion designer Tory Burch, 39, may want to keep close tabs on new beau Lance Armstrong, 35! The seven-time Tour de France champ, “has a wandering eye,�? says a source. “He’s a stud. When I met him at a business meeting in Texas, he was very flirtatious.�?
