Justin Timberlake 'soooo totally over' Britney Spears

Model Isaac Cohen says Britney Spears's decision to check into rehab was a shock to him.

"I was definitely surprised that she went into rehab," Isaac Cohen told PEOPLE Friday at a party for Cubavera Sportswear at California's Glendale Galleria Macy's.

"I didn't feel it had to come to that, but you know, if that's what it takes and if that's what she needs."

Cohen, 25, thinks his ex made the right choice by seeking treatment. "It's the best thing for her, her children – for everyone around her, actually," he said. "She's a strong girl and I really feel that she'll be okay."

Meanwhile, Britney Spears' newest rumored boy toy , Jason Filyaw, admits that he and Brit have been "growing very close" since their "special" relationship began, and even used the L-word to descibe his feelings for her reports TMZ.

In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Filyaw, admitted, "I love her, I support her 100% and we are close." Filyaw, who's been attending AA meetings with Spears, also revealed that he is helping Britney with the spiritually "deep" part of her recovery."

In other news, Justin Timberlake is fed up with people begging him to help ex-squeeze BRITNEY SPEARS get her sanity back. According to NW JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE exploded when a woman approached him as he exited his agent's office and scolded: "Why won't you help her out? I've read she's still in love with you. Can't you just try?"

Justin lashed back: "Why does everyone keep telling me I have to take care of Britney?... Britney, Britney, Britney!...She's an EX girlfriend! Doesn't anyone get it? We're NOT together anymore. I am soooo totally over her!"
