But a report in the UK Sun confirms that Britney is to leave two days early, in a bid to attend Kevin Federline's 29th birthday bash at the Eleven nightclub in LA.
"Bosses would have liked her to stay longer" said a source at the Promises center.
Spears is also hoping to see her sons, Sean and Jayden, at the party.
Meanwhile, a pal tells Usmagazine.com that Kevin Federline is not interested in rekindling that burned out flame.
"I talked to Kevin about Britney and he said he's not getting back together with Britney. At least not right now. He just wants to be a friend for her," the source told Usmagazine.com. "She has told him she would get back with him, but he's trying to just do the right thing for everyone right now, but he doesn't want to go back there again."
A source close to Kevin says the two were close to working out a divorce settlement earlier this year, until Brit's antics caused Kevin and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to intercede.
While she dries up in rehab, Spears is apparently getting “very close� to RIVA lead guitarist Jason Filyaw. Spears reportedly plans to move in with the recovering addict once she leaves rehab.
Filyaw, 33, talked to TMZ, and while he wouldn’t admit the two were dating, he said he loves her.
He calls the mother of two “Sugar,� “Kitten� and “My Lady,� and responds to his coos of “Mr. Secret Underground Guy� and “J-Sun.�
