One onlooker told Star, "It was crazy! Finally, the police had to show up for crowd control! They started pushing people back, mostly the dozens of guys with cameras. But by the time they showed up, there were also loads of curious tourists, too! They were shouting at everyone to get back!"

Britney Spears gave up after less than an hour at the salon. She fled through a back door in the salon. A building employee tells Usmagazine.com, "She was smiling for the cameras, but the moment she got into the elevators she was complaining to her bodyguards that it was unfair her tooth was broken, but she couldn't take painkillers."

The pop star was treated by an unknown dentist, and released from the center shortly after arriving.
