Lock up your children: Britney Spears is loose again. The popstar has been released from Promises Malibu Treatment Center after spending about four weeks there for what is believed to be a substance abuse problem. One of Britney's friends told People magazine that the post-rehab singer "is doing fine."

Britney's manager, Larry Rudolph made a statement last night that read, "Britney Spears has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Center after successfully completing their program. We ask that the media respects her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Britney first entered Promises on February 20 and left later that same day. She later returned to the facility amidst rumors that her estranged husband Kevin Federline was planning to try to get full custody of their two sons if she did not complete the program. Kevin and the boys visited Britney several times during her stay at Promises.
