Britney Spears caught in the bushes with a mystery man

In the last few years, Britney Spears has clearly proven to the world that she's not that innocent. But a complete lack of impulse control does not make one wise. And while treatment in the Promises rehabilitation center may get Britney to stop drinking and using drugs, it's clearly not doing much to help her judgment. Case in point: Spears was allegedly caught getting frisky with a fellow patient in the bushes of the Promises facility.

An insider told Britain's Daily Star, "Britney and her new male friend decided to play a game of tennis. Britney is allowed a little more freedom now she's been in the center a while. The next thing they had sneaked off into the bushes and were getting pretty passionate. They weren't actually having sex but there was definitely some groping."

Britney's impromptu makeout session was stopped by security guards before it got too hot and heavy. Says the source, "We had to step in to separate them. They were told off. They're in rehab and relationships between vulnerable people aren't really encouraged."

The newspaper was unable to verify the identity of Britney's "tennis" partner. It may have been rocker Jason Filyaw, who was rumored to have started up a relationship with the popstar since she started rehab. Filyaw has not confirmed that he is dating Spears, but told TMZ.com, "I love her, I support her 100% and we are close."
