Beyonce's wealth shame

Pop beauty, Beyonce decided to skip out on the Soul Train Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday to go to dinner with boyfriend Jay-Z in New York reports Perez Hilton.

Despite her "no show" at the event, Beyonce picked up the Best Single by a Female award for Irreplaceable.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé Knowles is the face of Samsung's F300 Ultra Music handset. The singer will appear in ads promoting the phone, and the South Korean giant will sponsor her latest world tour, which kicks off its European leg next month.

Samsung said it was "thrilled" to be working with Beyoncé because "we share a lot in common... We both aspire to deliver seamless satisfaction"

In other news, Beyoncé Knowles is embarrassed by her wealth.
The singer-turned-actress has earned millions during her hugely successful career but admits she isn't comfortable being super-rich.
Beyoncé, who is reported to have made around $16 million last year alone, told Pride magazine: "I never imagined I would be so blessed. I just wanted to be financially stable and it embarrasses me. I don't feel comfortable talking or thinking about it. I'm not a flashy girl, and I don't flaunt it."
