Beyoncé Knowles has been saved from a $1.5 million lawsuit reports Female First UK.

The 'Crazy in Love' singer and her mother Tina were being sued by the Icon
Entertainment CEO, Greg Walker, who claimed they did not give him his fair
share of the commission for brokering a $15 million deal for their House of
Dereon clothing line.

New York judge Justice Herman Cahn threw his case out of court after finding
there was no evidence of a written contract.

Meanwhile, Beyoncé is singing in Spanish.

"I just feel like I have to learn Spanish because I can sing it – I just can't speak it," she says in the new issue of PEOPLE En Español.

On April 3 she'll release a new version of her CD B-Day, which originally came out in September. This time, she's added six new songs – all sung in Spanish, including "Amor Gitano," the theme to the Telemundo telenovela Zorro, which she delivers as a duet with Alejandro Fernandez.

"A lot of my fans are Hispanic," she says, "and they've always told me, 'You should sing something in Spanish,' but I don't speak Spanish at all. I took it in school [so] I thought, let me give this a try."

Also arriving on Tuesday, April 3 is Beyonce's B'DAY Anthology Video Album. Available exclusively at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the B'DAY Anthology Video Album includes Beyonce's videos for "Kitty Kat (intro)"/"Greenlight," "Upgrade U" featuring Jay-Z, "Deja Vu," "Ring The Alarm," "Irreplaceable," "Listen," "Suga Mama," "Get Me Bodied," "Freakum Dress," "Flaws & All," "Kissing You" and "Beautiful Liar" featuring Shakira.
