Amy Winehouse Loves Lindsay Lohan

British singer Amy Winehouse has offered her friendship to hard-partying Lindsay Lohan, admitting she wants to give the US actress a "cuddle".

Winehouse, empathizes with 20-year-old Lohan after seeing pictures of the starlet crying. She says, "I want to cuddle that girl. I really want to hug her. "I saw pictures of her coming out of the doctor's, and she's crying. She's holding papers in her hand, like, 'Oh, it's a note from my liver saying, "Dear Lindsay, I've gone to Vegas!"'."

In other news, Lindsay Lohan's mom, Dina Lohan, has hit back at critics of her parenting skills and defended her partying daughter.

In an interview to be published in Harper's Bazaar , the 44-year-old denied her title of "party mom", saying: "Whoever said that, my ex-husband or whatever, I'm not the party mom!"

"She is just a 20-year-old who had to reel it in. And she's from an addictive personality genetically," she said.

"Lindsay had to fall and get up…I told her, but finally she was like 'Mommy, I had to do it myself'," said Dina, a former Rockette at Radio City Music Hall.

"You can lead a horse to water. You can't make him drink," Lindsay's mum stressed.
