Nicole Richie to move in with Joel Madden

Since her break up with Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, Nicole Richie has been linked to a number of other men, including Brody Jenner and Citizen K editor, Samuel Plouchart. For the past several weeks, Nicole's main squeeze has been Hilary Duff's ex, Joel Madden of the rock group, Good Charlotte. Only days after his split from Hilary, Joel was inseparable from Nicole. Now sources claim they may even be moving in together.

Late last month, Richie was overheard telling friends about her plans to live with Madden. At the launch party for Kaviar and Kind Cavern Wallpaper and Kidada for Disney Couture, an eavesdropper heard Nicole say, "My boyfriend wants to move to LA, but I really like his house." A fellow partygoer told In Touch Weekly that the starlet was in high spirits that day. "She was all smiles. You can tell how happy she is," said the source.

Nicole's father, Lionel, is reportedly skeptical about his daughter's plans to cohabitate with Joel. He told Nicole that she should give the relationship six months before jumping to the next step. A friend of Nicole's says she's not about to follow her father's advice. "She wanted a boyfriend and now that she has one, she's not about to let him go. She's madly in love," said the insider.
