Five days before Anna Nicole Smith's death! - a copy of her 2001 will (which names her companion/attorney Howard K. Stern as executor) was being faxed from the Los Angeles office of Smith's attorney, Ron Rale, to an unknown recipient reports Star Magazine

According to TMZ , under Anna Nicole Smith's 2001 will, Stern was not protected. Daniel was the only beneficiary with Stern as trustee. As a result, Smith's infant daughter would inherit her mom's property outside the will, and unless Stern could prove he was the father, he would probably lose his claim to serve as trustee.

When asked on-camera about the the mystery faxing, her mother's attorney, John O'Quinn, replied: "Draw your own conclusions!"

Anna's mother, Virgie Arthur, wants her daughter's body to be buried in Texas. Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, who is listed as the father of her baby Dannielynn Hope, wants to bury the body in the Bahamas - next to Anna's deceased son, Daniel.

Virgie Arthur meanwhile deflected questions about getting paid by various sources after her daughter's death, Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, accused Howard K. Stern of turning huge profits himself.

After taking questions about being paid by a paparazzi agency, Arthur charged, "The only one who's ever made any money off my daughter is that man right there," pointing to Stern. She added, "I heard that "ET" is buying her death funeral ... for a million bucks."

Meanwhile, sources have revealed to Star that Anna Nicole Smith’s romance with attorney, Howard K. Stern was a complete sham. A source tells Star, “It was a love/hate relationship. Anna never wanted Howard as a romantic partner. She had no physical attraction to him, and behind the scenes she called him all sorts of names. But she didn't want to lose him in a professional sense."

Supposedly Anna spent most of their time together belittling him, calling him names, scolding him; she didn’t even allow him sleep in the same bed as her. Others believe Stern was the controlling partner in their corrupt companionship, keeping tabs on her every move; limiting her contact with family, friends and other men. A source claims, “Howard was forced to sleep on the couch because Anna was having noisy sex with one of the many lovers she brought into her home.�

Howard K. Stern six months before she died.
The film - which emerged yesterday (19.02.07) - shows the then eight months
pregnant model, in what appears to be a drugged state, with clown make-up on
her face talking to a doll in a pram as though it is a real baby.
Stern asks repeatedly "is this a mushroom trip?", before adding "I'm
kidding".
As Anna Nicole becomes less and less lucid he says: "This footage is worth
money."
