Judge Larry Seidlin cut dead the accusation, saying the matter of her burial
needed to be resolved as Anna Nicole's remains were decomposing faster than
expected.
After taking a phone call from Joshua Perper, the county's chief medical
examiner, Seidlin said: "Time is of the essence. I'm running out of clock."
He demanded a clean legal fight from all sides and said he intends to reach
a decision by Friday (23.02.07) regarding her resting place.
The custody battle for the model's body is between Stern - who claims she
wanted to be buried in the Bahamas - and Arthur, who wants her daughter to
be laid to rest in Texas.
Judge Seidlin offered to take over jurisdiction of the ongoing paternity
case between Stern and Birkhead, who both claim to be father to Anna Nicole'
s five-month-old daughter Dannielynn.
He said it would help with the burial issue if he knew who the father was.
His offer was declined.
Meanwhile, evidence has emerged that Anna Nicole's will - which left
everything to her dead son Daniel - was faxed at 2.18am on 03.02.07, six
days before she died.
It lists a phone number with the initials RAR - believed to be Ron A. Rale,
Stern's lawyer.
Now sources tell Star that Anna Nicole's life with her attorney and companion. Howard. K. Stern, was a sham romance apparently built on mental abuse and manipulation!
Smith made Stern sleep alone on the couch and starved her own baby, according to reports, yet all the while, Stern seemed to be controlling their relationship for his own good. Behind closed doors, their life was truly disturbing and unfathomly bizarre.
“If it wasn’t so tragic, you might laugh about it,? says one source of the couple’s life together. Adds another, “It was a love/hate relationship. Anna never wanted Howard as a romantic partner. She had no physical attraction to him, and behind the scenes she called him all sorts of names. But she didn’t want to lose him in a professional sense.?
Even when their relationship supposedly turned romantic last year, sources say Anna remained cool toward him and “cursed him out all the time. She called him ‘f---er’ and ‘a—hole,’ and she’d say, ‘You ain’t my f---ing daddy!’? As for why she treated him with such disdain, “she didn’t hate him, she simply saw him as a servant who needed to know his place in her world,? explains another insider. “Howard was desperate to be loved by Anna, but he was rarely allowed to even share her bed.?
“His biggest humiliation was being locked out of her bedroom,? another source tells Star,? and finally, out of the house. She was upset that he never gave her any privacy, and one day, she took all of his keys away. He had to start knocking when he came over.? He also had to stop spending her cash! “She got really pissed off about how much of her money he was spending, so she put him on a limited access debit card with an allowance of $500 a day!?
Amidst all of this turmoil, the couple lived in squalid conditions! “Their L.A. house was filthy,? says a source. “Anna had a maid who came every day, but Howard messed it up all the time. He would leave his laundry all over the living room for days at a time, and he left garbage all over the place. They never really cooked-it was just takeout and microwaveable food. And he would leave food, dirty dishes, plates, rappers, take-out containers everywhere. Anna would be really pissed, but she never lifted a finger.?
