Miss USA Tara Conner out of rehab!

Miss USA Tara Conner checked out of a Pennsylvania rehab facility Sunday and is back in New York City.

The embattled beauty queen will be soon be ready to resume her Miss USA duties reports TMZ

The NYDN reports Tara checked out of the Caron Foundation in Wernersville, Pa., on Sunday and, despite reports, she apparently has no plans of appearing at a New York nightclub upon her return to the Big Apple.

"Right now she's just going to get used to being out," an unnamed source told the paper. "She needs some time to breathe."

Conner entered treatment as part of "a second chance" offered to her by Donald Trump, co-owner of the Miss Universe organization, following allegations of hard partying, indiscretions with men and unreliability when it came to showing up at Miss USA-related events reports People Magazine.
