But a source revealed the wild pair decided to stay in Los Angeles, telling
Page Six: "Neither of them could resist the lure of the
Golden Globe parties."
Francis, 33, is said to have been with 20-year-old Lohan when she went to
hospital two weeks ago to have surgery to remove her appendix.
The 'Bobby' star recently admitted she had joined Alcoholics Anonymous in an
attempt to control her drinking and wild partying.
Lohan's reputation is in keeping with the contents of the 'Girls Gone Wild'
films which feature real-life footage of girls partying, drinking to excess,
baring their bodies for the cameras and indulging in lewd activities with
each other.
Earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan attacked Joe Francis at Miami nightclub Mokai reports NW Magazine.
Sources say Lindsay became agitated with Joe when she thought he was acting like a sleaze towards other women. She went over to Joe and started hitting him despite the fact they'd been hanging out together.
"Lindsay gave him a piece of her mind - they had to be physically pulled apart," says an eyewitness.
She then bolted before police could be called and went to another Miami nightspot, Prive.
