Couple Jessica Simpson and John Mayer were spotted shopping at Barney’s in New York City on Dec. 31 reports Star Magazine. The pair was perusing the jewelry counter and high-fiving each other. Then the couple was seen enjoying a leisurely lunch.

Last week, The ENQUIRER reported that Jessica Simpson started a romance with co-star Luke Wilson - while continuing her fling with John Mayer reports

"Jessica certainly got back in the swing of things - and she owes it all to Luke," a close pal told The ENQUIRER.

In other news Page Six is reporting that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo never dated buxom blonde Jessica Simpson - they never even met. Sources say rumors of Romo and Simpson's fling were the work of Jessica's manager daddy, Joe Simpson, who "lent her name out to Romo in exchange for game tickets."
