Hilary Swank Not Famous!

Hilary Swank was turned away from the Golden Globe Awards ceremony on Monday
night (15.01.07) - because security guards failed to recognize her.
The Oscar-winning actress' limo pulled up in front of the red carpet at the
Beverly Hilton hotel, but security stopped the driver and after finding he
didn't have the right credentials, moved him on.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Hilary stuck her head out of the
window so they could see who she was and asked very politely to be let
through.
"But the guards didn't recognize her and refused her entry."
The 'Million Dollar Baby' star and her boyfriend, her agent John Campsi, had
to get out of their vehicle and find another limo that was permitted to
drive up to the red carpet.
But witnesses said a furious Hilary made a rude hand gesture at the security
guard when she did finally gain entry.
The source said: "Before she went inside Hilary turned to the guard and
flipped him off."

When asked if the problem arose from her getting too famous for her more low-profile husband she said: "Absolutely not, millions of men and women fall in love, get married, then get divorced. If what happened to me helps someone realize they're in a great relationship and to hold the person closer, then do it. If it makes someone realize they`re in an unhealthy relationship that is making them both unhappy, then it's not the end of the world."
