Vince Vaughn romped with a US student the week before he and Jennifer

College student Laura Lane was backpacking in Budapest, Hungary, where Vince
is filming 'Fred Claus', and sent an email to her friends claiming she spent
the night with him, according to America's Star magazine.
In the email, sent on November 27, Laura wrote: ".next thing I know it was
me and Vince alone in the hotel room. For a while we just had a drink and
talked some more (and yes, we talked about Jen).

"And one thing led to another and obviously we were messing around before
too long. We didn't have sex, but it was just as good. :)
"Afterwards we just laid in his gigantic beautiful bed with satin sheets,
smoking cigarettes and talking about life. He had a gorgeous view of the
river and Buda Castle from his window, and we watched the sunrise. I felt
like I was in a movie.
"We didn't ever go to sleep and in the morning he walked me out and kissed
me goodbye in front of everyone and was so sweet."
On Monday (05.12.06) publicists for Jennifer and Vince announced they had
separated.
They said: "After Jennifer's trip to London several weeks ago, Jennifer and
Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good
friends today."

Meanwhile, Jennifer Aniston made her first post-Vince Vaughn breakup appearance on a wet Saturday night at the premiere of Dirt, Courteney Cox’s new series on FX, about the world of celebrity tabloids reports EOnline. Aniston hit the red carpet at the premiere screening at Paramount Studios and then graced the after-party at Republic restaurant and lounge.

A source says, "Jennifer said she wanted people to know she was alive and well and was definitely doing okay after this past week’s 'Vince thing'. "
