A Glendale police officer said that Richie's booking sheet from her DUI arrest listed her weight at 85 pounds. According to a source close to Nicole, the figure was inaccurate. Nicole actually weighs closer to 95 pounds now, the source told Us Weekly. Nicole's pal said, "She doesn't know where the cops came up with 85 pounds and it's annoying to her…She's so proud of her weight gain."

The friend also defended Nicole's use of Vicodin, a prescription painkiller that the starlet was on at the time of her DUI. The source claims that Richie only "occasionally" takes Vicodin when she is experiencing menstrual cramps. "She knows she made a mistake, but overall she's in a better place. She has come a long way from her heroin days," the snitch says. Of course, nothing is said about the Nicole's use of marijuana, the other drug that was in her system when she was arrested.
