Britney Spears is rumored to be dating Paris Hilton's oil heir ex Brandon
Davis.
The 'Toxic' singer was spotted on a dinner date with the 25-year-old - who
was romantically linked to the 'Simple Life' star and has also dated Mischa
Barton - in Los Angeles
A friend said: "Paris and Britney have been sharing quite a few nights out
together recently - but I'm not sure Paris will want to share her
boyfriends."

Paris could be unimpressed with Britney's choice of suitor, as she and
Brandon are no longer on speaking terms after their relationship came to a
bitter end earlier this year.
Brandon recently branded Paris a racist, saying she was forever referring to
black people as "ni****s".
He said: "She is a racist, plus an idiot. I don't want anything to do with
her. I don't need anything from her. She is no longer my friend. She is just
not a nice person."
Brandon has also attacked Paris and Britney's on/off friend Lindsay Lohan
labelling her 'firecrotch' and adding that she "smelled of diarrhoea."
Britney has been making the most of her
new-found single status since filing for divorce from Kevin Federline.
She has been spotted partying hard with Paris in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Paris, says she just wants to make Britney, 24, "smile".
She gushed to Us Weekly magazine: "I love her. She is the sweetest girl I know. She's so down-to-earth. I just want her to smile and be happy."
Earlier this week, Paris' publicist Elliot Mintz insisted the pair had become so close they were like "sisters".
Mintz said: "What I've observed is that we have two extraordinarily powerful women who generate a tremendous amount of attention, money, and adulation and they're tired of other people trying to ride on their coat tails. Paris and Britney have become like sisters."
