Pop babe Britney Spears has found herself a new man.

The singer, 25, who split from husband Kevin Federline last month, was spotted in a heated make-out session with music producer Jonathan "J.R." Rotem in Hollywood.

The couple went out for dinner. Then Britney, wearing a tiny mini-dress, stripped out of her jumper and climbed on to his lap outside a bar as she puffed on a cigarette reports Sun UK.

The pair, then left hand-in-hand to get into a limo. An onlooker said: “They looked like a couple in love. She sat on his lap and he stroked her back very tenderly.�

Rotem has had a good year, having produced Rihanna's hit song, "S.O.S," reports Star Magazine

Plus, on Dec. 1, Epic records announced it had signed him to a new deal. According to Epic, the deal "will allow him to develop, produce and sign new artists through his joint venture called Beluga Heights. Epic Records will oversee all of the marketing, promotion, sales and distribution for the new label, which will be run out of J.R.'s studio in the exclusive Chalice Recording Studios in Los Angeles, CA."

Mum-of-two Britney’s date on Sunday came after weeks of hanging around with party girls Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.
