Ashlee Simpson wants to get bottom implants. The singer's obsession with surgically overhauling her image has become so extreme, pals are urging the star to think about whether she really needs to go under the knife again.

Ashlee Simpson has already spent almost $130,000 on plastic surgery this year alone reports NW Magazine. Ashlee Simpson had lip plumping, and boob and nose jobs - as well as operations to soften her jawline and reduce the size of her chin.

"Ashlee looks nothing like she did last year," explains a long-time friend of the starlet. "She's undergone so many surgeries and procedures that she looks like a completely different person."

So far this year, as well as a host of non-surgical alterations such as getting hair extensions and having her teeth whitened, Ashlee has had several cosmetic surgery operations in a bid to revamp her image .

Pals say Ashlee has never been a fan of her bottom. And now, having dropped a drastic amount of weight, she's turning to surgery to have it filled out.

"Ashlee has always hated her butt," an insider explains. "She thinks it's flat. And now that she's lost some weight, she thinks it's even flatter."

An unshapely backside is the last thing Ashlee wants, with the newly petite singer planning a much curvier posterior inspired by Jennifer Lopez. "I want a butt like J.Lo," Ashlee confirmed to pals. "I want to look better in jeans."

"She's only 22 years old," says a pal, "and she's had more work done than women twice her age".
