Why Lindsay Lohan called Paris Hilton the "C" word

Last week, Lindsay Lohan called Paris Hilton a cunt.

In a video posted Thursday on YouTube.com, Lohan was captured leaving a Los Angeles hotel inside which Hilton had reportedly been partying. The 20-year-old actress, as she was getting into the passenger side of an SUV, used the profanity to describe Hilton after an observer asked if they'd fought earlier.

"She's kidding," a friend in the back seat quickly followed up Lohan's sniping.

When asked why she used the word she did, Lohan backtracked: "I never said that. Paris is my friend ... No, I love her."

Now Life & Style , Lindsay's outburst was sparked by Paris's relationship with Lindsay's ex, Harry Morton.

'Lohan confronted her nemesis the next night at the L.A. club Teddy’s, reports the mag, which quotes a friend as saying that although the two are not currently dating, “Lindsay still loves Harry, and this is devastating her.�? Hilton is said to be smitten. “Harry is Paris’s type of guy, says a source. “He’s handsome and rich!�? But Lohan might be getting in a tizzy for nothing, according to a “pal�? of Morton, who says he’s not really into Paris.'
