Cindy Guagenti said: "I personally found it a little odd that they were
re-creating a wedding that never really happened. As Brad's representative,
I found it disturbing."
The scene would have had wax figures of actor George Clooney as 'best man',
and Elvis Presley, John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, Ben Affleck and Luciano
Pavarotti were to be 'guests' at the wedding.
In September, Brad Pitt told Esquire magazine that he and Angelina Jolie will not be married until the right to marriage is given to gays and lesbians.
Pitt, who graced the cover of the magazine’s October issue, says, "Angie and I will consider tying the knot when everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able.�
Up until that Interview, Brad has been reluctant to divulge much information about his relationship with Angelina, the mother of his first child, Shiloh Nouvel. In that interview, however, he talks about their adopted children, Zahara and Maddox. "They're as much of my blood as any natural born, and I'm theirs. That's all I can say about it. I can't live without them. So: Anyone considering [adoption], that's my vote," he says.
Madame Tussauds manager Adrian Jones said: "Since Madame Tussauds enjoys
excellent relationships with the celebrity community, we made our own
decision not to create the wedding scene."
Guagenti said Brad was unaware of the attraction's plans.
He and Angelina are in Mumbai, India, with their three children,
Angelina is filming 'A Mighty Heart' . On Monday, Jolie braved a
crowded Indian train to shoot scenes for the film.
She queued to buy a ticket from the city station and boarded a packed
compartment of the train with co-star Dan Futterman.
Witnesses said passengers pushed to catch a glimpse of the actress and
called her name, but were held back by four bodyguards.
In other news, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have sparked new reports they are planning to adopt an Indian child after visiting an orphanage in Pune on Friday.
The couple spent over an hour meeting children at the Bharatiya Samaj Seva Kendra family adoption centre, and handed out toys to the excited kids.
Roxana Kalyanvala, the orphanage's executive director, tells American publication In Touch: "Brad and Angelina were lovely and genuinely adore kids.
"Every move and every look of the couple was filled with love for our children and we were floored with their genuine affection.
"It was great excitement not only for our kids but for our staff as well."
