Fat actor, Tom Cruise flew into Rome on Monday ahead of his wedding to actress Katie Holmes this weekend in Italy
The "Mission: Impossible" star, is in town early to wrap up last-minute details, reports Reuters.

He was seen slipping into a black limousine at Ciampino airport, accompanied by bodyguards.

The Hollywood couple are tipped to have chosen a 15th century castle just outside of Rome as the location for the celebrity wedding.

The blind tenor has confirmed to Italian press that he has been invited to
the wedding, but won't yet comment on whether he will treat the happy couple
and star-studded guests to a performance.
Giorgio Armani is designing Katie's wedding dress as well as a set of
outfits for her and Tom to wear during the three-day celebrations beginning
on November 17.
It is believed the 'Top Gun' actor has agreed to a compromise to appease
Katie's Catholic parents and there will be both a Scientology and Catholic
ceremony.
The former 'Dawson's Creek' actress is to wear Clive Christian No. 1
perfume, which costs $2,350 an ounce, during the extravagant nuptials
It is also rumored that a number of Italian socialites are so keen to be at
the wedding, they are prepared to work at the big day.
A source said: "Several of the aristocratic female friends of Princess
Odescalchi, the owner of the castle location, apparently went to her and
asked to work for free as hostesses at the wedding.
"The princess' response to her friends was, 'No thank you. I don't even know
if I'm going to be invited myself.'"

In other news, Tom Cruise was forced to apologize to an angry mother at a kids football game.
Cruise was the La Cienaga Park in California with his fiancee Katie Holmes watching his daughter's, Isabelle, 13, football match.

A group of photographers trailing the pair, scared a fellow parent’s young son, and she wasted no time in telling Cruise what she thought about his presence at the matches.

The woman, who has not been named, told Cruise and Holmes that all of the attention he attracted to the games were unwelcome and advised him to move to Colorado!
