So much for Pete Doherty's sobriety. The Babyshambles frontman, and supermodel Kate Moss's rumored fiancé, has been arrested for possession of crack cocaine.

Doherty was stopped Sunday when police saw him speeding in his Jaguar in east London. After he was pulled over, the officers found crack cocaine in his car and arrested him, as well as his two companions, on suspicion of drug possession.

Pete and his friends were released on bail from the Bethnal Green police station later that day, pending analysis of "substances recovered," confirmed a spokeswoman for Scotland Yard. Doherty and his cohorts will have to return to the station in December.

In other Kate and Pete news, Kate has reportedly asked her fashion designer pal, Alexander McQueen to design her wedding dress. A source close to the model says, "In a way, [McQueen] was the obvious choice as they have been as thick as thieves for years. But he hadn't taken it for granted and was overjoyed to be asked. Kate is the ultimate model and this is easily going to be the wedding of the year."

Another insider claims the $38,000 dress will be "traditional but with a modern unique twist - typical of both Kate and Alexander".
