Paris Hilton has Herpes?

Z Lister, Shanna Moakler has hit out at Paris Hilton, accusing her of having Herpes.

When popular photo agency X17 asked Shanna Moakler if she had anything to say to Paris Hilton Wednesday night, Shanna advised her enemy to "take her Valtrex," reports US Magazine. (Valtrex is an anti-herpes drug.)

Last Month, Paris Hilton and Shanna Moakler filed police reports , alleging each was attacked. Paris says Moakler socked her in the jaw. Moakler claimed Paris' ex shoved her down some stairs, TMZ reported.

The bad blood between Hilton and Moakler is over Hilton's friendship with Travis Barker, Moakler's estranged husband.

Now one month after the incident, Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the Los Angeles City Attorney is deciding if Paris Hilton is a crime victim and if Shanna Moakler is the perp.

The LAPD has completed its investigation into a smackdown last month at Hyde nightclub in Hollywood. The City Attorney got the case from LAPD and is now deciding whether to file misdemeanor battery charges against Moakler and Niarchos.
