New friends Paris Hilton and Britney Spears are up to no good. The pair have been partying non-stop since hooking up. Paris Hilton and Britney Spears hung out after the American Music Awards, the night before Thanksgiving, hitting Teddy's lounge at the Roosevelt Hotel and at least one more Sunset Boulevard bar before partying until the wee hours at Paris' house.
