A source close to the pop superstar is quoted by Britain's The Sun newspaper
as saying: "Madonna was keen for David to get friends his own age group."
The two famous babies have also been joined by fashion designer Stella
McCartney's 19-month-old son Miller and actress Kate Winslet's
three-year-old boy Joe on several occasions.
It is believed that Madonna, who is married to British film director Guy
Ritchie, took David to meet up with seven-month-old Moses - whose dad is
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin - earlier this week.
Meanwhile, the Material Mom is desperately seeking a Malawian girl reports The New York Post
After landing in a PR nightmare, Madonna wants to go back and adopt a little girl.
"Yes, absolutely. I'm going to adopt another Malawian child very quickly. A baby girl this time, in order to redress the balance," the 48-year-old singer told Paris Match.
"I saved this child from certain death. There is nothing more important in my eyes than that. I love David like a son," she said.
"Of course, after some time, I intend to return David to his home so that he can get to know his biological father and so that he can discover his homeland."
The Material Mom told the French magazine that she was surprised at how people had reacted.
"It was not me who chose Malawi, but it chose me," she said. "A native of the country contacted me through my association, Spirituality for Kids, which I publicize in all my shows.
"She helps a lot of orphans in Malawi and she told me about the childhood poverty, and the dreadful mortality rate," she continued.
She said her two other children, Lourdes and Rocco, would be given a "choice" in selecting their new sister.
But she first wanted them to get used to their new baby brother, 13-month-old David Banda, whom Madonna is in the process of adopting.
