Lindsay's anger reached an all-time high on Saturday when she was ditched by the paparazzi so that they could shoot Britney and Paris instead. The friends were in the same area of Malibu as Lindsay that afternoon, drawing her precious photogs away.
Saturday evening, the week's tension was at its peak. Hilton and Spears attended the same party as Lohan. Perez reports that Lindsay was kicked out of the party by security. As she left, she was heard saying, "Paris Hilton is crazy." She went to her car, where she sat for several minutes before rushing back towards the party to call Paris a “c#*t. Security again pulled her away and she told them, "Don't ever grab me like that again.
Later that night, Lindsay came out of her hotel to tell the paparazzi, "I'm saying this on tape. She hit me for no reason, apparently, at my friend's house. I didn't know she would be there and she hit me with a drink and poured it all over me. It hurts and it's not OK. I'm sorry for everyone who thinks I'm crazy but I'm just trying to act."
In response to Lindsay's allegations of having been hit, Paris's rep, Elliot Mintz said, "It's not true. At no time did Paris ever throw anything at Lindsay. At no time did Paris ever hit her, assault her, touch her or make any physical contact with her. This is really troubling and very disturbing…I believe that harsh words were exchanged. But, in recent days and recent weeks, you will note that Lindsay has said some very disturbing and very unpleasant things about Paris…This kind of ranting against Paris has to stop. Paris does not insult anybody. Paris does not call people names. She doesn't make false accusations. [This] is offensive to Paris. It might even be defamatory."
Still, despite the very obviously bad vibes between Lindsay and Paris -and Britney - the three girls were photographed together looking very cheerful early this morning. According to People magazine, the threesome all went to Britney's house for the night. The joke must really be on us.
