Her rep has issued a denial, claiming the marks were caused by an altercation with some foliage. "Lindsay took a tumble into a bush before she left for England," says rep Leslie Sloane Zelnick.
"Lindsay's just so unlucky. I've no idea how she fell into the bush or what she was doing."
And yesterday, a shady pal spilling to PageSix says "At the rate she's going, I would be surprised if she lived past the age of 22."
Lindsay Lohan has long been addicted to clubbing and nonstop partying, but her behavior last week during the World Music Awards in London really freaked them out. During the program she was supposed to be hosting, Lohan stumbled on steps, flubbed her lines and abandoned her emcee role early in the show.

An insider spilling to The ENQUIRER exclusively, says that although the doctor was able to revive the hard-partying star, he was horrified to discover a "stash of cocaine and a pile of prescription drugs" in the room.
The doctor flushed the cocaine down the toilet and bagged up seven different prescription drugs, according to the insider.
"The doctor insisted, 'This girl had a serious drug overdose. She has to go into a hospital and then into rehab.'"
Lindsay refused to be treated at a hospital or enter rehab.
