Lindsay Lohan's Depression Hell

Devastated at being dumped by her boyfriend, sources say Lindsay Lohan has sunk into a depression and there are fears the actress may even have been self-mutilating after she was seen with deep gashes all over her wrists reports NW MAGAZINE.

Her rep has issued a denial, claiming the marks were caused by an altercation with some foliage. "Lindsay took a tumble into a bush before she left for England," says rep Leslie Sloane Zelnick.
"Lindsay's just so unlucky. I've no idea how she fell into the bush or what she was doing."

But what is clear is the fact the actress has been wearing a bandage on her arm for several weeks, replacing the cast that was put on mid-September after she reportedly broke it. However, friends now fear a depressed Lindsay has been wearing the bandage to cover evidence of self-harming.

Lindsay bared her cut-up arms while in London. In town to host the World Music Awards, the actress at first tried to hide her body, wearing a thick fur coat despite sweltering heat in the auditorium.

However, onlookers were shocked when she finally took off her jacket, revealing numerous cuts on her arm that appear to have been made over a period of time.

Now a shady pal spilling to PageSix says "At the rate she's going, I would be surprised if she lived past the age of 22."

Lindsay Lohan has long been addicted to clubbing and nonstop partying, but her behavior last week during the World Music Awards in London really freaked them out. During the program she was supposed to be hosting, Lohan stumbled on steps, flubbed her lines and abandoned her emcee role early in the show.

Later, London's Sun caught pictures of Lohan with cut marks on her wrist that looked self-inflicted. Her rep claimed the incisions were the result of a fall into a bush. "There is no one in her life to guide her or help her," said the friend. "Her mother is a mess, her father is in jail and she has no authority figure, because she has paid the family bills for as long as she can remember with her acting."
