Kevin Federline is Poor
Kevin Federline is apparently already worried about life after pop beauty Britney Spears, at least money-wise reports TMZ. Spears, 24, filed for divorce on Tuesday from Kevin Federline. She's seeking custody of their two sons, 1-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, who was born Sept. 12. Federline, who's been making the rounds promoting his hip-hop debut, "Playing with Fire," counter-filed court papers Wednesday seeking sole custody and spousal support.
As for Federline's effort to gain sole custody of his children with Spears, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James (born Sept. 12), Sands says, "Kevin's interested in having as much time as he's allowed with the kids, so he wants full legal and physical custody, with visitation rights for Britney." He adds, "If there were no kids involved, it would be easy, but it's going to take time to iron out a lot of different issues." TMZ reports, the failed rapper was seen buying some briefs at a Wal-Mart in Maryland, and according to one report was staying at a "cheap" motel near Washington, D.C., where he's making appearances on behalf of his album. According to pictures posted by PerezHilton.com, the FedEx was spotted by a lensman shopping at Wal-Mart. Meanwhile, Page Six reports that Federline hung out at hotspot Marquee all night, after being nixed from P. Diddy's birthday party, and sat at a corner table until 4 a.m., closing the place down and inviting some female acquaintances back for "a private after-party." In other news, The Smoking Gun got their hands on a copy of Kevin Federline's backstage demands. Included are a bottle of Jack Daniel's, a bottle of Grey Goose, six bottles of specifically non-Evian water and a tray of gourmet cheeses.
