J.Lo made sure all eyes were on her for the pre-wedding dinner at Nino
restaurant on Thursday night (16.11.06).
The source revealed: "The welcome dinner was supposed to be casual. But
Jennifer, of course, wore a gown. So much for casual!"
Lopez also reportedly demanded her hairstylist, Ken Paves, flew into Rome to
ensure her hair was looking perfect for the big day.
Another source claims Paves was already booked to style bride Katie's hair.
The 37-year-old is said to have continued to expect special treatment after
the wedding had finished.
She demanded hotel staff deliver her and husband Marc Anthony a bag of food
at 2.30am on Sunday (19.11.06) before they left for the airport, so she
wouldn't have to eat plane food.
In other news, Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez are launching a lingerie range together.
The Latin star is said to be very "excited" about the prospect of working
with the former Spice Girl, after they discussed design ideas at Tom Cruise
and Katie Holmes' wedding last Saturday (19.11.06).
A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Jennifer thought Victoria was
a real character and very much hopes they can stay friends now they have
met. They talked about the film industry and then their shared love -
fashion. Jennifer thinks the pair could be capable of developing a seriously
sexy range."
J.Lo, who already runs her own fashion label Sweetface, also reportedly
asked Victoria, whose fashion line is called Rock and Republic, for script
writing tips - even though Victoria has very little movie experience.
