Anna Nicole Smith breaks silence on birth, death
Anna Nicole Smith is pleading with "everybody ... quit beating us down." "The bottom line is it's our child. Please give us the respect and leave us alone," she tells Entertainment Tonight in a two-part interview airing tonight and Friday. "Let us raise our child and let us be happy." Los Angeles photographer Larry Birkhead has filed suit against Smith, claiming he is the father of 8-week-old Dannilynn. Smith calls his claims "crazy." Stern addresses reports that Smith is being evicted from her home for failing to pay the seller: "Anna purchased this house, (and) we have the sales agreement to prove it," he tells ET. "These wild rumors got started by somebody and somebody's putting information out there that's not entirely accurate, and I think people are going to be surprised with what happens." Still, Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamian attorney, Wayne R. Munroe, tells PEOPLE Smith has sued South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson in Bahamas Supreme Court over ownership of her Nassau residence.
